Our little outpost in the Washington DC suburb of Burtonsville, Maryland started as a mission outreach of First Baptist Church of Laurel, way back in the late 1950's. We stand on the shoulders of those committed believers and leaders as we share the good news of the gospel locally and around the world.

We believe that God has called us to an awesome mission. We have been saved and equipped by our Lord and King to make disciples. He has promised us His presence and His power. He has placed us in one of the most influential areas on the planet. He has given us a glorious purpose that impacts eternity.
